What is the cost of shipping?

We ship using Australia Post. Shipping costs are:

$9.50 for Express Post within Australia

$19.50 for Registered International Post within New Zealand

$35.00 for Registered International Post to the following countries:

Canada          Netherlands

China             Norway

Cyprus           Philippines

Denmark        Singapore

France            Spain

Germany        Sweden

Greece           Switzerland

Hong Kong      Thailand

Japan             United Kingdom

When will I receive my order?

All items are gift wrapped and we ship on an overnight basis, times are as follows:

Express Post:
Guaranteed next-day service Australia Post's Express Post 24 hour zones which includes all capital cities (It may take an extra day if you're not).

If you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be shipped on the Monday.

Registered Post International Parcels:

Offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery

It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.

Depending on your countries import laws you may be charged import duty and taxes by Customs. Customers are responsible for all additional Customs duty and taxes. You are also liable for clearance charges and return shipping if your package is returned to Labels & Love due to your country's import restrictions.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

Please firstly check your account details in your account information to ensure your address is correct. If so, and your package has taken more than a 10 days to reach you please send us an email at info@shoplabelsandlove.com

You can also:

• ask at your local post office whether they are holding anything for you, in case a card was left and went missing
• ask them to give you the name of the Australia Post collection centre that distributes the local mail and you contact the centre to check for packages in your name
• wait at least a week, in case your package was given a scenic tour by Australia Post.

Will my preorder items and in stock items be shipped together?

Yes if you purchase a pre order item and an in stock item at the same time, your order will be shipped at the time all of your items are available. We will contact you as soon as your pre order item has arrived to discuss shipping details. We try to make sure that your pre ordered item is available by the date stated by the manufacturers however at times the delivery may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances, in this case we will contact you immediately to discuss options that suit you.

What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise and we thoroughly check and package our products before they are shipped. If the item is faulty and/or damaged please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order to obtain instructions. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and inserts. The items must be unused and unworn and we require proof of purchase.

If the item is faulty and/or damaged we will research the damage caused and provide an exchange, refund or store credit. If we cannot exchange your purchased item due to unavailability we will happily supply a full refund or store credit.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes definitely. We can offer an exchange or Labels and Love store credit to be used within 12 months. Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds on non faulty items.

We require you to contact us within 2 working days of receiving your item and you must provide your proof of purchase.

Please note that you are required to send the product back to us in the original packaging with all tags and inserts, any additional charges are at your own expense.

Can I change/cancel my existing order?

We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible and it is in this case that we cannot change any orders that have been placed. You can change or cancel if your item has been pre-ordered however once the order has been submitted to be shipped we cannot cancel it. Store credit will be given if you wish to change or cancel your pre ordered item.

At times it can be hard to determine what size clothing you need but the chart below will help you establish what size will fit you best and make ordering online simple!

 SHOE SIZES

Knowing your correct shoe size is especially important if you are ordering shoes online. Use the following method to measure your foot and use the size chart below to find your corresponding shoe size.

Measure the length of your foot. For the most accurate measurement, place your bare foot on a piece of paper and place marks at your heel and toe making sure your foot is flat, then measure the distance between the two marks.

Consult the size chart to determine which shoe size is best for you. Remember, however, that all manufacturers vary to some degree, but knowing the length, width, and circumference of your foot can best determine which shoe size to order.
